THE HIDEOUT: VOTED COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION OF THE YEAR by Northeast Chapter of the Community Associations. Consists of 2700 acres of unspoiled woodland located in the Lake Region of the Pocono Mountains. This community is truly a four season wonderland with five lakes, and boasts of the only private power boating lake for your boating & water skiing pleasure. There is an abundance of recreational amenities which includes outdoor and indoor tennis, basketball courts, sandy beaches, handball and racquetball courts, two heated outdoor pools, arts & crafts, kiddy pool, teen center, play grounds, snack bar, nine hole golf course, clubhouse including golf & tennis pro shop, cocktail lounge, and full service restaurant. There is skiing on the Hideout's private slopes complete with double chair lift, rope tow, ski lodge, rental shop, snow making equipment, and the slopes are lit for night skiing. Most importantly, the Hideout offers paved roads, central sewer and water, plus around the clock security 365 days per year. Before making any decisions you owe it to your family to come and tour the Hideout.

WALLENPAUPACK LAKE ESTATES: The largest lakefront community on Lake Wallenpaupack. The community has two interior lakes - Deer Lake and Beaver Lake, two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, tennis courts, 298 boat slips on Lake Wallenpaupack, two beach areas, central water and central sewer, craft shop, game courts, clubhouse, dock rental, and marina. All amenities are available to property owners and their guests.

COBBS LAKE PRESERVE: This quiet peaceful community offers 540 acres of unspoiled forest lands designated to remain natural and undeveloped. Enjoy boating, swimming and fishing at the 45 acre non power boating lake. There is a small clubhouse and picnic area for social gatherings. POCONO SPRINGS: Situated around secluded Crystal Lake, the headwaters of the Lehigh River, in the heart of the Pocono Mountains. An easy commute to the New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia metropolitan areas. Bordered by State Gamelands this gated community includes 133-acre Crystal Lake (stocked annually), the recreation island features a heated swimming pool, basketball, handball, tennis and bocce courts, 24 hour security patrols for the 65 miles of internal roads, two gated entrances and several green wildlife refuge areas.

INDIAN ROCKS: A four-season community located at the southern end of Lake Wallenpaupack in the Pocono Mountains. It is within minutes of Interstate 84. Amenities include an outdoor pool, tennis courts, two beaches on Lake Wallenpaupack and community docking on Lake Wallenpaupack upon availability. Water is provided by a central water system and sewers are on lot septic systems.
